Each essay takes up a different word or phrase whose meaning has been distorted in the Israel-Palestinian discourse. Examples are “Indigeneity”, “colonialism”, “occupation”, “apartheid”, and “terrorism”. The invited issue has been controversial because all authors are supporters of Israel.
