Hear from two scholars of international law: Natasha Hausdorff, UK Barrister and Founder of the Center for International Rule of Law, and Nathaniel Berman, Visiting Professor of Law at Columbia University. Nathaniel Berman will argue the proposition: “Israel is prohibited under the Fourth Geneva Convention from establishing civilian settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.” Natasha Hausdorff will argue the proposition: “Israeli citizens have a legal and moral right to live in Judea and Samaria.”
