Jewish Life On Campus with Yossi Sheffi & Shai Davidai

JEWISH LIFE ON CAMPUS: SAFETY, ANTISEMITISM, AND THE FIGHT FOR OUR UNIVERSITIES. A CONVERSATION WITH YOSSI SHEFFI & SHAI DAVIDAI

Date: Monday, October 19th

Time: 6:30 PM

Location: East Village (Address provided closer to event date)

What is happening to Jewish life on college campuses today? What does it mean for Jewish students, faculty, and the broader university community to navigate a campus environment increasingly shaped by antisemitism, anti-Israel activism, and heated debates over academic freedom and the boundaries of protest?

Join Shai Davidai, author and activist, and Yossi Sheffi, MIT professor, author, and Director of the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics, for a timely conversation about the challenges facing Israelis, Jews, and Jewish life on American college campuses. Drawing on their experiences and perspectives, Davidai and Sheffi will discuss the current campus climate, the rise of antisemitism, and what is at stake in the struggle over the future of our universities.

The conversation will be followed by audience Q&A and a book signing.

Your event ticket includes one copy of each book: Yossi Sheffi’s Unsafe At MIT and Shai Davidai’s American Intellectual Antisemitism: The Anti-Jewish Movement Tearing Through Our Universities.
